While our service fees are fixed, state filing fees vary by location and entity type and apply regardless of the service you use. Processing speed depends on the package you choose. Our standard processing time is 7 to 10 business days. Express processing reduces that to 3 to 5 business days, and same-day processing submits your documents the same day you place your order (or the next business day if you file after 3 p.m. CT).

Note: Once documents reach your state, processing time is controlled by the state agency, not by us.

We guarantee that your formation documents will be filed correctly. If we make an error on our end, we will correct it or refund our service fees. Registered agent service is available as an add-on. We provide registered agent coverage in all 50 states. Every state requires a business to have a registered agent to receive official legal and government notices on your behalf.
