Reflected in our demographics, our workforce is 57% women, and women hold 53% of leadership positions. Our team continuously prioritizes growing the diversity of our workforce through recruitment and culture initiatives. Hybrid culture
Our Culture Committee hosts monthly creative events that help strengthen our remote office culture. Through this committee, everyone in our organization can participate in different affinity group events, competitions, team-building classes, and charity. This encourages employees to actively demonstrate company values by sharing their true and authentic selves.
Awareness months
We highlight many awareness months throughout the year. This past year we highlighted Hispanic Heritage Month by hosting a Margarita and Guacamole class while participating in a trivia night! We are always looking for ways to integrate Awareness months to allow employees to share their cultures with the rest of the team.

What can I expect from working at Swyft?

What benefits does Swyft provide?
Swyft offers a full benefits package and covers 100% of the premiums for employee-only medical, dental, and vision plans (we cover 50% of the costs for plans with dependents). We also offer low-cost short and long-term disability and free life insurance. Employees are eligible for these benefits on day 1!
To help employees save for retirement, employees are also eligible for our 401k plan with up to a 3% match after 2 months with the company.
What is the company’s preferred channel for communications?
Slack is the tool we use most to communicate with each other in real-time. If you need a quick answer, Slack is where you will go to reach out to your teammates!
What is the dress code?
Our dress code is considered smart casual when you are in the office. This means you can wear t-shirts, polos, jeans (no rips), and sneakers!
What flexible work schedules do you offer?
We offer a remote as well as a hybrid work environment. This will be determined by the position and brand you will be working for. This can be confirmed by your direct supervisor during your onboarding.
How often will you evaluate my performance?
Your growth and development are important to us. We hold regular 1:1’s, annual performance reviews, and annual development conversations. These dedicated meetings enable us to discuss your strengths and future goals and help you achieve them.
