Reflected in our demographics, our workforce is 57% women, and women hold 53% of leadership positions. Our team continuously prioritizes growing the diversity of our workforce through recruitment and culture initiatives. Our Culture Committee hosts monthly creative events that help strengthen our remote office culture. Through this committee, everyone in our organization can participate in different affinity group events, competitions, team-building classes, and charity. This encourages employees to actively demonstrate company values by sharing their true and authentic selves.
We highlight many awareness months throughout the year. This past year we highlighted Hispanic Heritage Month by hosting a Margarita and Guacamole class while participating in a trivia night! We are always looking for ways to integrate Awareness months to allow employees to share their cultures with the rest of the team.
We provide continuous opportunities for employees to grow and develop their skills throughout the year. We offer trainings every month, including quarterly microlearnings, knowledge refreshers, brand overviews, and skills trainings.

Our dress code is considered smart casual when you are in the office. This means you can wear t-shirts, polos, jeans (no rips), and sneakers!
We offer a remote as well as a hybrid work environment. This will be determined by the position and brand you will be working for. This can be confirmed by your direct supervisor during your onboarding.
Your growth and development are important to us. We hold regular 1:1’s, annual performance reviews, and annual development conversations. These dedicated meetings enable us to discuss your strengths and future goals and help you achieve them.
