What does the interview process entail?
Most of our roles involve a phone screen, a video interview, and an in-person interview. We also include assessments in the hiring process for certain positions.
What is the onboarding process like?
This varies depending on the position, but your first day will always be an introduction to the company, our culture, and how we work. Your next few weeks will involve meeting various coworkers, attending training sessions and meetings to get you up to speed, and lots of support to help you acclimate to Swyft.
Will I be able to work remotely?
Some positions require employees to be in-office during training. Once training is complete, many roles allow for hybrid flexibility.
